Working Principle
Thanks to the 360-degree moving camera on the tractor, it allows us to see exactly and clearly what the problem is by recording photos and videos of the current state of the waste water pipes. In the method defined as 'CCTV (closed circuit TV) inspection', special robots are introduced into the channel. The camera system mounted on the robot, which makes its movements in the channel and data exchange via a cable, can be turned in the desired direction by the operator with the control. Detailed determination of the duct system can be made by taking a 360-degree view and moving the robot back and forth within the duct. The robot must be absolutely sealed. Water or any liquid that will seep into it will seriously damage the electronics. In these robots, air or nitrogen is pressed at certain pressures as a feature. Before sending the robot into the line, we must definitely check the nitrogen pressure if we pressed air and nitrogen. The data obtained from the sensors and camera in the robot are instantly transferred to the special software on the computer. In addition to making the general structure, flow and other determinations in the channel; Numerical and visual data such as channel slope, crack size, narrowing in channel diameter, joint connections, crushing, shrinkage, breakage, line length are also recorded.

It starts from 20mm diameter and can be used in larger diameter pipes with different apparatus.
